How my reviews are collected

I voluntary participate in a program for independent verification of customer reviews with CusRev. Whenever an order is delivered, CusRev is automatically notified. CusRev then emails a feedback form to the customer and collects the results. I cannot delete or modify these results in any way and I republish them in full below. Why I care about this

I personally review all feedback with my team every day. We respond to all reviews, whether positive or negative. Having had my own frustrations with customer service in the past, I know that it's incredibly important to respond quickly and clearly. Please let me know if you face any issues.

  1. I love your products. But every single order of mine takes forever compared to the promised delivery date. On the last day I get an email saying sorry your order is delayed with a new timeline. And sometimes that timeline isn’t met either. The broken promises by your team gets frustating .

  6. The piece is defective . The centre most piece is missing . I have posted pictures immediately on opening the box…but am yet to receive a response back .

  8. Very dissatisfied with customer care and delivery. My order was supposed to come in first week of Jan, it has come in 3 parts now, I am yet to receive the third package and it’s been a saga of non stop follow ups. Very disheartening.

  9. Most disappointed. Design / pattern appeared crude n asymmetrical. Not at all aesthetic. To me it appeared like a lacquer bangle than anything else. I don’t think I’ll be able to use it.
