The delivery too too long

It took almost 2 months longer than the expected delivery date. Big delays in delivery is now the norm than the exception.

Delivery was hugely delayed and the items came all together in one pouch and one box. I would expect each item to be seperately packed. In a digital market space where there are millions of options your packaging is a, huge usp. When I emailed regarding this issue I was told that I needed to specify it in special instructions which I found strange. Instead the customer service person should have said I will send u am extra pouch and box with your next shipemnt
