How my reviews are collected

I voluntary participate in a program for independent verification of customer reviews with CusRev. Whenever an order is delivered, CusRev is automatically notified. CusRev then emails a feedback form to the customer and collects the results. I cannot delete or modify these results in any way and I republish them in full below. Why I care about this

I personally review all feedback with my team every day. We respond to all reviews, whether positive or negative. Having had my own frustrations with customer service in the past, I know that it's incredibly important to respond quickly and clearly. Please let me know if you face any issues.

  5. Hi,
    I received the necklace with two of the joints(the right and left joint from the center piece) misaligned from the rest, so the necklace wasn’t sitting down properly on the neck. I manually used force to align those pieces and now it looks better. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful piece. Thank you!

  7. I love your products. But every single order of mine takes forever compared to the promised delivery date. On the last day I get an email saying sorry your order is delayed with a new timeline. And sometimes that timeline isn’t met either. The broken promises by your team gets frustating .
