Returns & Exchanges Policy

All my products are handmade with love, so each piece is one of a kind.

This means your purchase may differ slightly from the image you see on the website, and there may be minor irregularities. For example, stone shades vary considerably within an acceptable tolerance, an effect which is magnified to different degrees by computer screens. Chikankari embroidery is handwoven and no one piece is identical to another.

Returns & exchanges are therefore only allowed if the product you purchased doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

So, please carefully read the product description and follow the size chart and other guides mentioned along with each item before placing the order. 

If your piece is damaged or incorrect, please send me a photo and request an exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item to [email protected].

Repairs

I offer repair services for all my jewellery products, including replating.

Please email me at [email protected] and I’ll send you an estimate.  You would need to bear the cost of the repairs and shipping.

Other Stuff

This policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

I make no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
