All my products are handmade with love, so each piece is one of a kind.
This means your purchase may differ slightly from the image you see on the website, and there may be minor irregularities.
For example, stone shades vary considerably within an acceptable tolerance, an effect which is magnified to different degrees by computer screens.
All my clothing is free size. In addition to that, all the specific measurements of the product (if needed) is mentioned in the product description.
Please read the product description carefully before placing an order as everything is made-to-order and cannot be exchanged.
Nevertheless, if your piece is damaged or incorrect, please send me a photo and request an exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please bear the cost of shipping the piece to me, and I’ll do the same while shipping the new piece to you.
I offer repair services for all my products, including replating.
Please email me at email@example.com and I’ll send you an estimate. You would need to bear the cost of the repairs and shipping.
This policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
I make no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
